Dear Sir,

The complaint that you carried to the Police chief to the police deontology was received at our offices on September 5th 2001.

We will examine your complaint and will make you share as soon as possible continuation that we will give him.

It is significant, for a good comprehension of the processing of your complaint, which you take attentively knowledge of the information memorandum joint. For this purpose, if you wish to submit to the Police chief reasons to oppose to you to the conciliation you must, in the thirty (30) days of the reception of your complaint at the office of the Police chief, to transmit in writing the reasons to us for which you believe that the conciliation is inappropriate in your case.
