The present one follows upon the letter that we addressed, April 16, 1997.
 
Please take advice that we examined the facts pled in the complaint which is the subject of this file and we decide by the present one to hold an investigation relating to some not identified special constables on duty for the University of Quebec in Montreal.
 
On reception of a report of his investigator, the Commissioner will be able to take one or the other of the following decisions: to suspend the investigation to try the conciliation, to put an end at the investigation, to summon the police officer before the Committee of police deontology or to reject the complaint.
