Please take advice that we examined the facts pled in the complaint which is the subject of this file and we decide by the present one to hold an investigation.

On reception of a report of his investigator, the Commissioner will be able to take one or the other of the following decisions: to suspend the investigation to try the conciliation, to put an end at the investigation, to summon the police officers before the Committee of police deontology or to reject the complaint.
