Dear Sir,
Contrary to the letter that we transmitted the 13 of this month to you, it appears that your request entitled «Formal C
omplaints» constitutes a request for revision.I inform you that the Committee of deontology opened a file of request for revision.
I will warn you at least thirty (30) days in advance of the date and the place which will be fixed to hear this request, provided that it was made according to times' prescribed by the Law, namely that any request for revision must be deposited at the Committee in the fifteen (15) days of the notification of the decision of the Commissioner because this time in is one of forfeiture.
I join, for information purposes, a booklet of information on the Committee of police deontology.
