Serge Bourassa-Lacombe, 42, passed through Orillia Thursday on a trek across Canada that began in Lennoxville, Que., April 1 and will end in Victoria, B.C. later this year.  He is walking to support the human rights of victims of mental illness by raising both awareness and funds.
