- What do you wait to begin this
criminal investigation?
- Registrated criminal
complaints Ref-N. SBK20000918013
- All is a question of public
security!
-
- P.S. Last October 2nd, I met the
constable Hercule Grondin of the SPRS, this one informed myself
near the criminal investigators of the Public Security of the
Sherbrooke Area to know the state of the file. The answer was that
they had other priorities and that my life was not in danger now.
I choose this moment to recall you that my constitutional laws was
all ridiculed in 1995. It is of my duty of citizen to continue to
work to convince you to do what is necessary so that a report of
investigation be present as soon as possible on the desk of
substitute of the Attorney General. I have in heart to bring a
wind of hope to all those whom are on the point to lose the
control of their mood to even jump leads.
-
- I hold has to define the range of
these charges in reference to the Criminal Code of the Country:
illegal sequestration during 57 days, public misdeeds, forgery,
use of forgery, mischief, criminal harassment, physical and
mental torture, chemical torture (Lithium, Haldol, Rivotril,
Dolmane, Ativan, Cogentin, Mellaril and Stelazine), attempt to
murder per overdose of legal drugs, plot and persecution forcing
an exile.
-
- It goes from there from the
interest of the security of the public. I commit myself to passing
to through any legal necessary procedures so that all those which
acted into of torture in 1995 recognize or be recognize guilty of
their crime in order to decrease the criminality and the rate of
suicide which we have.
-
- Mr Michel Carpentier, you who are
a director of the SPRS, I point out the contact that we had
together in the basements of the Cathedral of Sherbrooke at the
time of the meal of the New Year's Day 2000.
-
- For all the others, I say to you
that there are people in Quebec who do not believe in GOD and
that concerns their choice and their personal conviction. However
there is a certain number of it which acts with non respect
towards the others. It becomes easy for them to see a mystery with
the sight of a person as me which shows its Faith without being
Cardinal. They calls that a mystical delirium.
-
-
I ensure you that I received the
necessary protection not «to jump leads». I am as Victor
DeLamarre that which said: «The force that I have just shown
you come to me from God.» Who more is, the mental force which
I have also come to me from God, via HIS son Jesus Christ of
Nazareth. So be it! I have to put all this force at the profit of
the community.
I point out that to you that I
denounced high and strong all those which soaked closely or by far
in this highly criminalized history and this story lagging now
more than five years and half.
Please accept, Mr Michel Carpentier, with my best memory. The whole in order to build a better country!

AN ASPIRINE!'' = CRIMINAL COMPLAINTS REF/N.: SBK20000918013
To who it may concern,
-
- Monday, September 18th 2000 from
10:08AM to 10:35AM, I met Michel Martin, constable and Agent in public
relations of the Sherbrooke Region Police Service (SPRS) to follow up on
the letter ''Lagging for five years and half already!'' that I
addressed to the Prime Minister of Quebec August 24th 2000, conform copy
to 50 persons including mister Michel Carpentier, Director of the SPRS
-
-
I took advantage of a letter that I
received September 15th 2000 of Madam Nadia Bergeron, political attached
of Honourable Bernard Landry, that says this:
''Mister Serge Joseph Adrien Bourassa-Lacombe,
In the name of the vice-prime minister and state minister of economy and
of Finance, mister Bernard Landry, I acknowledge receipt of the
correspondence addressed to the prime minister, mister Lucien Bouchard,
that you have sent has a conform copy August 24th, concerning your fight
against what you call the ''medical mafia";.
Be assured that your commentaries will be carried to the attention to
the minister as soon as possible.
Please accept, Mister, the expression of our best feelings.''
''CANCER IT IS NOT TREATED WITH AN
ASPIRINE!'' Michel Carpentier, Director of the SPRS - The Tribune of
Sherbrooke, Saturday September 16th 2000, front page.
''It's getting
ugly. We are confronted
with a rise in violence that requires an intervention. It is necessary
to intervene to bring order, the rights of individuals, expression
of liberty and... the right of life'' Very Honourable Lucien Bouchard
Prime Minister of Quebec - Journal of Montreal, Friday September
15th 2000, page 9.
I quoted all this to the constable
Martin saying to him that I was completely in accord with the
saying held by his director and the importance of the Premier's
reaction. To conclude this meeting, I said to the constable Martin
that maybe the time had come to the Sherbrooke Region Police Service
(SPRS) to do a MEA CULPA while carrying all my history to the
attention of the substitute of the attorney-general, finally and after
several attempt, in order to build a better country!
At that time the constable Martin went
to meet with the constable Michel Gagné and asked him to
write the complaint. Mister Gagné questioned me from 11:00AM to
11:09AM and had asked me my driver's license for an investigation. He
got back to me at 11:19AM and then I deposited then the letter of August
24th 2000 as well as the answer that I had received September 15th
2000, notifying him that it will have to be part of my
complaint. He had left and came back at 11:40AM this is while the
matter is taken and then the matter was taken seriously. So he wrote my
complaint that I have signed between 12h12 and 12h18. These
are the criminal charges that I am deposing in reference to the Criminal
Code of the Country: public mischief, illegal detention during 57 days,
forgery, use of forgery, mist lead, criminal harassments, physical and
mental torture, chemical torture (Lithium, Haldol, Rivotril, Dalmane,
Ativan, Cogentin, Mellaril and Stelazine), attempt murder by
overdose of legal drugs, plot and persecution.
At the Evening, I returned to the
Sherbrooke Police Service Region (SPRS) in order to deposit a copy of
the Superior Court civil lawsuit NO: 450-05-002521-983 of
April 14th 1998 as a complementary information. I give all this to Serge
Duval, constable.
- Forced to admit that it is necessary to
be prudent in our actions "For the kingdom of God is not a matter
of eating and drinking, but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy
Spirit," Roman 14:17 (King James Version) ''Wherefore tongues are
for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but
prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which
believe.'' 1 Corinthians 14:22 ''Take heed, brethren, lest there be in
any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living
God.'' Hebrews 3:12 ''And shall come forth; they that have done good,
unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the
resurrection of damnation.'' John 5:29
It is the FAITH in JESUS
CHRIST that fortifies me in this task that I received to denounce
the Medical Mafia and To Fight its Mental Illness, in order to Build a
Better Country! I invite you to pass by my Home Page. Take good note of
the change of my Web site name!
