Mister knows which charges are retained against him. he can appreciate THE gravity of it in an exact way. such charges being able to justify sentences of imprisonment. but the facts that WE reproaches him do not hold HE says TO me.
he knows exactly the role of the protagonists before the court. he does not maintain pathological perceptions compared to those.
he believes well that the judge after having heard HIM will be able to emit AN ARTICLE 810… matched for example, specifies it, of the obligation for him to be held remotely of the store parasuco.
Mister wants to defend itself. the quality of its matter will surely enable him to make good figure in front of the court.
there is thus no psychiatric counter-indication so that HE appears.
the evaluation to which I proceeded makes it possible to highlight indeed the existence of a psychiatric disease chronically present at this patient and of a register psychotic.
I do not have indicators being able to make suggest a psychiatric danger against him or the others which make it possible to justify a setting under A CLOSE CURE.

LEGAL SITUATION

AT THIS TIME, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN PUT IN CLOSED CURE AND A DIAGNOSIS OF BIPOLAR EMOTIONAL DISEASE A SELECTED. THE TREATMENT AT THE TIME WOULD HAVE CONSISTED OF LITHIUM, HALDOL, RIVOTRIL, DALMANE AND ATIVAN. WE NOTE THAT Mr. LACOMBE HAD BEEN REFUSED FOLLOWED INTO EXTERNAL AND THAT IT HAD BEEN TAKEN NO MEDICATION AND HAD NOT ANY CONTACT WITH PSYCHIATRY SINCE APRIL 1995.

1997 AT the DETENTION CENTER OF RIVIÈRES-DES-PRAIRIES WHERE HE HAD REMAINED FOR
A FEW DAYS. DURING the INITIAL EVALUATION, HE TOLD US BEING VICTIM OF VARIOUS
EMBEZZLEMENTS ON BEHALF OF SEVERAL PEOPLE SINCE the AUTUMN 1994. HE AFFIRMED
THAT THEY HAD BEEN SOUGHT TO HARM HIM BY COMPARING HIM TO MARC LEPINE #2,

WE NOTE THAT HE REQUIRES HOWEVER IN INTERVIEW IN IMPORTANT FRAMING BECAUSE OF a STRONG TENDENCY TO MOVE AWAY FROM the SUBJECT FROM the QUESTIONS. IN THIS MOMENT, Mr. LACOMBE is capable to well understand the nature and the object of the charges carried against him. he also understands the possible consequences of these Lawsuits. however, we retain that HE refuses the assistance of a lawyer and that HE wishes to assume his defence BY HIMSELF. it seems able to work out an argumentation to support HIS defence, but one has to expect that he tends to move away from the tackled subjects, which will require a rigorous framing. one can also expect that part of its argumentation is nourished by strange and not very relevant elements.
