Patient 38 year old without antecedent psychiatric   having abruptly changed behaviour since 1994 with in particular violating behaviour having causes his hospitalization in February. Have refused any processing for a few days, asks its output and present odd behaviours like imposing the hands to the other patients; belongs to the remarks mystico-monk, speaks about transfer of energy, cures by its energy the patients of the department.

Observation and provisional diagnosis of the doctor

Co-operative but tended patient; good orientation but reserve significant to mention its problems. Evasive remainder with circumstantial speech, not very coherent, association loose and allusions incomprehensible to relation that only understands to him between certain facts.
