It will please me to update you monthly concerning my Odyssey 2001 through the province of Quebec! I remind to you that my mission this year is with pleasure to travel through this territory from North to South without idleness from West to East like a speaker in spiritual guidance anti-crime and anti-suicide under winter conditions of homeless person in order to build a Better Country!

From the 06 to January 27, I traversed the district of Megantic-Compton while starting with East-Angus, Cookshire, Island Brook, West Ditton, La Patrie, Notre-Dame-des-Bois, Woburn, Lac Mégantic, Nantes, Milan, Scotstown and Stornoway. You need to know that I have been in election campaign for six years already and that at the same time I carry out various investigations for that which required it of me. At present, I always travel like a Hitch-hiker, whit this kind of transport I find the path of my destiny. I thus invite people whom I meet on the road to share among with their neighbours the message that I leave to them on my way, I believe in the effectiveness of a message carry from mouth to ear. By this method, I had become a notoriety in the field of the automotive business from 1984 to 1990 for the companies Bear Automotives Inc and Moog Canada Ltd.

I have in my possession 10 000 businesses cards, I already distributed 2000 of them in this area of Megantic-Compton. This card leaves a significant heritage by its design and the message of its contents. It is a fold one, on a side have sees there my brought up to date picture and on the other side the logo of a foundation bearing my name that GOD created for us on February 12, 1995. This revelation was given to me by GOD himself when I was at the CHUS after being doped against my will. My torturers knows now that it was also against the WILL of OUR FATHER.

Fortunately for the society, still I was able to control my mood.

I had printed 10 000 and when this quantity will be all distributed, Jesus Christ will cause production of another 10 000. Because like there is only one GOD there is also only one Saviour who was chosen by HIM to save us and it is HIS Only SON Jesus Christ!

From January 6th to 9th, I was in East Angus lodged by my friends of the center of therapy «Aleeson House» carrying out my 5th sharing of Christian Faith at this place. This Faith recently allowed Jocelyn, a man in therapy of that place to be delivered from an influence of legal drugs. (I remember his state very well, when I met him at summer 2000, he was taken eight kinds of drugs to control his mood a good 24 pills per day, he was a parkinsonian truth zombie. Everyone was afraid for him). In this January 6th, he came to say to me that for two months he had not taken any more drugs and that his withdrawal was smooth made as I had prophesied to him by prayer. I was delighted with him and we thanked the Lord together in fraternity. I praise the Lord each time that a spiritual cure happen. Knowing that Jocelyn understood that it was his Faith in Jesus Christ which delivered him.

I travel as a homeless, that is to say that I never know where I will spend the night unless I being lodged at the same place a few days. More especially as I leave with two dollars in my pocket which I refuse to spend on my way. I leave with the FAITH of the Gospel, without doubting and GOD gives me all that I have in need to continue the DESTINY that HE chose for me. The Hotel owners as the Innkeepers receive me with dignity, just as people of good family. Imagine a man arriving on your premise to ask you a place to spend the night. Mrs Diane Roy, widow and living the Megantic Lake (with her two young children and lodging one of her uncle) at 10:00PM answered my request very well, which enabled me to share a good time of compassion with her. It made me share that she had largely been affected by the Bug of year 2000, her husband having given himself death by hanging on May 23rd 2000. We can believe by this history that GOD had good reason to send me initially in this area of Quebec.

Anyway, I believe that nothing without effort is obtained and that the workman deserves his wages. When my destiny led me to the Rosalin Restaurant at the time of my passage to East Angus to invite the owners to support me in food. I had met a customer who remembers very well my passage to Weedon in September 1995, I were in my way towards Florida by bicycle. She says to me that she did not forgot to have given me a glass of water and carrots of her garden in front of their children. The elder one of their children works now in this restaurant as waitress. This 19 year old young woman also remembered our first encounter, she had only 13 years and I understood by the sparkling of her eyes in my direction the importance which she gave to my mission and the message of hope that I carry for my example of courage and determination. The same kind of feeling invaded me when I met on January 10th 2001the Corporal Robert Paradis of the Provincial Police of Quebec working on the territory of Cookshire, he recalled to have seen me leaving in exile on September 1st, 1995. Yes, on the way of my exile, people whom I came across were invited to reveal my history mouth to ear. They understood the importance for me outward journey to remake me a name in order to never pay for a crime which I had never committed. They were informed as my intention to come back even stronger as ever in order to denounce the Medical Mafia and to fight their mental illnesses in order to build a better country.

At the time of my passage to the La Patrie, I went Saturday morning January 13th to the residence of Daniel Gilbert, priest responsible for eight parishes in this County of Megantic-Compton. I quickly understood the closing of this man to my arrival, refusing by the fact even the tool that Jesus Christ sent to him for assistance. This priest should had benefit from my arrival to the maximum in order to counter the suicide in his territory. The next Tuesday, January 23rd towards 4:00PM in the Parish of St-Ambroise of Milan, parish under the responsibility of Daniel Gilbert, one of his parishioners Yves Lapierre 39 years old entered the church by infraction to break several statutes there and to put the church upside-down. Obviously if Mr Gilbert had received me with dignity this never would had been happened. Fortunately, that Mr Lapierre did not put fire at this church. Mr Jacques Gobeil, a farmer of La Patrie and his wife Nancy received me with dignity we were in need to share together and that lasted a good four days. Mrs Brigitte Gobeil and her husband Michel Langlois as well accommodated me in their B&B named La Jardinière.

The Megantic Lake, Mister and to Mrs GuoLi & Han Lee had received at the Oriental hotel while Mr Mario Pepin received me in his inn named L'Eau Berge and Madam and Mr Diane and Andre Tanguay offered me a night in their Inn called Victorines du Lac. What allowed me on January 19th to see again Michel Bedard a male nurse in mental health that I had known in 1997 at the CLSC du Faubourg in Montreal working now with the CLSC Maria Thibault of Megantic Lake under the supervision of Mrs Claire Giguere, head of the programs of prevention. Mr Bedard was not surprised to see me traversing Quebec nor to see me in such a physical and mental form. That which offered the most resistance to me was Pastor Yves Bolduc of Megantic Lake, of the Centre Évangélique Esprit et Vie and Founder of «Vie Abondante» a non-profit organization which wants to intervene towards the problems of the suicide in the area of Megantic Lake by offering the service of a line of listening 24/24, relation of personal assistance, conferences, etc. Finally, Mr Bolduc insisted to meet me in order to inform me that he did not want at all to be to associate with the Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation. He also asked me not to say to people that I was supported by «Vie Abondante» thing that I never said, in addition he prevent me to communicate with the members of his church. I then explained to him what you already know by the contents of this letter and I made him understand that I have only one Master " GOD " and that when HE sends me on a journey HE puts HIS HAND during and after my coming.

People appreciate my work those which do not have this feeling are quite simply filled of a different spirit than that which filled me. Because there are only two kinds of spirit, the Saint Spirit and the Evil Spirit, with the Saint Spirit we make good while with the Evil Spirit made bad. Unfortunately, there are still people who seeks for a third kind of spirit, in truth we will never have a third kind of it. These people seek in vain. The code of life that Jesus Christ give to us is so simple. For this reason HE call is irrevocable.

A thousand of pupils were private course during 16 days following a leave forced following the fire at Pierre-de-l'Estage High School. Fire started with a strong explosion around 3:00AM Sunday morning on January 7th 2001. Half of the building, whose auditorium, of the administrative offices and the gymnasium, was destroyed. The classrooms were saved from the fire, but there is no more heating nor of electricity. The students took again gradually their courses last Wednesday on January 24th, at Érablière High School, of Saint-Felix-de-Valois, at around twenty kilometres from Berthierville. The classes are done in middle of afternoon, after the curtailed day of the pupils of Saint-Felix-of-Valois. The teachers accepted reluctantly the schedules imposed by the school commission, that is to say from 3:00PM to 7:30PM. The teachers asked that the classes finish at the latest to 6:0PM.

In all that, there is surely matter to reflexion because this incident will cost at least 11 MILLION $ since it is a question to rebuild completely the Pierre-de-l'Estage High School. I remember to have transmitted to eight of our governors a letter on December 12th 2000: «I am carrying a heart filled with love and in this end of the year hinge, I decided to carry a very special prayer to your attention to allow me to pour this love with those which have needs for them. As you know it, I became carrying a personal dream of collective use because I am altruistic since my birth. I believe that it is possible to do what is necessary to massively allow the Quebecers to receive this hope carrying good news. Earliest will be best, the need is there one could say, it goes from there for the public security!»

 

With the pleasure maintaining to traverse as from Wednesday on February 7th 2001 the road 138 from Montreal to Quebec while passing by Shawinigan, I do not know the date that I will make it to the Capital however I am without concern bus GOD knows this date for us! In the next month thus!
