MIRACLE
WITH JONHVILLE (QUEBEC) CANADA ON AUGUST 5, 2003
My name is Gilles Boutin Vice President of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation. I know that there are some people who will not want to speak about my testimony on behalf of Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe, as there will be some people that will not want to hear about, or face this truth. I invite you to take note of a miracle...
I undersigned Gilles Boutin, nicknamed «Defender of Truth», residing at 143 road 251, Johnville (Quebec) Canada J0B 2A0 Telephone: (819) 837-0596 am inviting you to consider this testimony as being an AFFIDAVIT. I remember the evening of April 15, 2003 at 21:20 at night when I was put under arrest by the Sûreté of Quebec police officers Alain Veilleux badge no: 8487 and Miguel Morisette badge: 9868, they introduced themselves in my house without knocking, without my permission, and with no arrest warrant. I was in my bedroom, sleeping, when they walked in my home calling my name, they told me that I had to follow them at the police station because they had to talk to me, despite the fact that I was insisting for them to tell me the exact reason for my arrest. I was transported to the emergency department of the psychiatry of the Hospital «CHUS - Hotel-Dieu» in the town of Sherbrooke (Quebec) Canada, and later transferred on the 8th floor at the psychiatric wing where I was told, that an anonymous call had been made to the Long Term Care Hospital Center of my area someone made a formal complaint against me stating that, had made death treats. I did not made any death treats to anyone because I was alone in my house, the complaint was place by an anonymous caller. But I remembered being a victim of paranormal mystical phenomenon on April 13th, 2003 at 3:40 in the morning as I entered my house, I noticed a terrible stench almost unbearable like burning corps or putrefaction bodies was present all over my house which brought me in a parallel to a state comparable
«near death experience» which lead me to scream «death to SATAN» at the time of this event I was intoxicated with alcohol. I had been drinking for about a week, coinciding with the suicidal of my roommate and friend between April 6, 2003 and April 12, 2003. I have had the habit of drinking alcohol since the age of 14 years old.At the psychiatric ward on April 16, 2003, as I was brought in by the care takers on the 8th floor. I was welcome by Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe President of the foundation bearing the same name, as we shook hands . I mention with this man that I am an alcoholic and that I do not belong to psychiatry but well in the prison medium because I had missed with my engagements for my period of probation because of my alcohol problem. Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe, has we shook hands, I told him right there that I was an alcoholic and that I had nothing to do with the psychiatry, while still handshaking Mr Bourassa-Lacombe put his left hand on my shoulder and prayed out loud by asking JESUS CHRIST of NAZARETH to intercede to GOD OUR FATHER to deliver me of the hands of alcohol by the POWER of the HOLY SPIRIT, in the name of JESUS CHRIST he requested this, for the GLORY of GOD and the SALVATION of the WORLD. Serge Bourassa-Lacombe and I spent (21) days together in prayer, praising and glorifying GOD, during those (21) days me and Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe shares the history of our lives, I learned how Serge Bourassa-Lacombe has been living under persecution since 1995 because of a police error by a crossing of identity with a serial rapist carrying the same name and the same date of birth has him, he was ready to invest the totality of his welfare to buy a portable computer in order to gather his file, build his case, organize his lawsuit, and more by bringing the most people has possible to the LORD JESUS CHRIST by the Simple Plan of the Salvation of GOD. I understood that Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe, was a man of great FAITH and CONVICTION as well as an honest person using an open language and implicated in the Serge Bourassa-Lacombe's Foundation since 1995. An historical event occurred while spending time together at the hospital «CHUS - Hotel-Dieu», I agreed to front him 1 700 $ which amounted to the cash he needed to purchase a high quality computer to achieve his goals that he was aiming at.
During the period that we were both detained I witnessed the wrongdoing of the psychiatrists through the Legal System of the Québec by Court Orders, they openly used overdose of medication on Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe against his will and I noticed severe side effects on Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe like shaking and lost of balance, I am convince that the quantity of managed legal drugs taking by Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe were never specifically ordered by the Court, and that it was an unnecessary voluntary evilish act, and as a result Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe while feeling disoriented because he was momentary not able to open his eyes, went through en event that let him to suffer a cut to his right eyebrow requiring four (4) stitches.
In the months that followed by the power of the prayer, I had been set free from alcohol by «MIRACLE» because I am abstinent since August 5, 1995. Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe has asked me lately to become Vice-president of Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation what I accepted with joy. This foundation works to cure health, the mental illnesses, alcoholism and poly-toxic mania in Quebec and Canada in order to give pride and honour with and for the Quebecers and Canadian families, by way of eye witness of the criminal treatments, thus unnecessary and abusive ways to this man had been subjected to, I had become a credible witness, because I was abstinent of alcohol consummation, and I was not taking any drugs or medication.
I am making use of the occasion as a benefit and I am asking you Mr George W Bush, as the President of the United States of America, to take Mr Serge Bourassa-Lacombe under your wing and welcome him as a refugee in your country until the people responsible in this form of mental terrorism, «true axis of evil» that generating an «active genocide in Quebec in Canada affecting the united states of america» resulting of the highest rate of suicide in the industrial world especially in Québec, Canada.
Please take this man with no criminal in your country until we the «defenders of truth» bring the individuals responsible in front of the courts so that justice can finally come about an build a stronger Québec in Canada in America, with morality and wisdom so that theses people gets the opportunity to obtain by repentance the assurance of an eternal life at the end of days by the Simple Plan of the Salvation of GOD.

Bourassa-Lacombe whose acquaintance I made on September 22nd, 2004.
In the short time I have know him this outstanding and respectful young man has been diligently working towards a cause that he so firmly believes in.
Serge’s creation of the Serge Bourassa-Lacombe Foundation is an example of his conviction and passion. Serge utilizes our client computer stations for many hours a day to further pursue his goals. I rarely have come across someone who is so dedicated to sharing their beliefs.
Mr.
Bourassa-Lacombe is in possession of an unwavering faith in Christ and it is
combined with his will to fight for good in this world. It is so refreshing to
