Considering that I believe that it is: Waited until Canada is founded on principles which recognize the supremacy of God and the rule of the law : 

Considering that I believe that there exists in Canada : a Guarantee of the rights and freedoms and that the Canadian Charter of the rights and freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms which are stated there. They can be restricted only by one legal provision, within limits which are reasonable and whose justification can be shown within the framework of a free and democratic company.

Considering that I believe that: 2. Each one has following fundamental freedoms : a) freedom of conscience and religion ; b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including and other the mean of communication freedom of the press ; c) peaceful right to meet ; d) right of association.

Considering that I believe that we have also the Rights to the equality: and that by that 15. (1) the law does not make meaning of anybody and also applies to all, and all have right to the same protection and the same benefit of the law, independently of any discrimination, in particular of the discriminations based on the race, the national or ethnic origin, the color, the religion, the sex, the age or the deficiencies mental or physical.

(2) the paragraph (1) does not cause to prohibit the laws, programs or activities intended to improve the situation of individuals or disadvantaged groups, in particular because of their race, of their national or ethnic origin, their color, their religion, their sex, their age or their deficiencies mental or physical.

Considering that I believe that the PROVINCE of QUEBEC is still like forming part of the Canadian Constitution.

Considering that I believe that: The Charter of the rights and freedoms of the person affirms and protects the rights and freedoms of any person living with Quebec. She has like major objective to harmonize the reports/ratios of the citizens between them and with their institutions, in the respect of human dignity.

Considering that I believe in: Preamble to the Charter poses the bases of this harmonization, by in particular calling upon the mutual respect and the reciprocity. The preamble to the Charter affirms that: Any human being has rights and intrinsic freedoms intended to ensure its protection and its blooming; all the being human are equal in value and dignity and have law to an equal protection of the law; the respect of dignity human being and the recognition of the rights and freedoms of which it is titular constitute the base of justice and peace; the rights and freedoms of the human person are inseparable from the rights and freedoms of others and the general wellbeing; freedoms and basic rights of the person must be guaranteed by the collective will and protected better from any violation.

Considering that I believe that I had, I have and I will always have freedoms and basic rights according to: Right to the life, safety, the integrity and the freedom of its person, as well as the recognition of the legal personality of each person [ article 1 ]; right to the help [ art. 2]; freedoms of conscience, religion, opinion, expression, peaceful meeting and association [ art. 3]; right to the safeguard of its dignity, its honour and its reputation [ art. 4]; right to the respect of its private life [ art. 5]; right to the peaceful pleasure and the free provision of its goods, except in the measurement envisaged by the law * [ art. 6]; right to the inviolability of its residence [ art. 7 and 8]; right to the respect of the professional secrecy [ art. 9].

Considering that I believe that I had, I have and I will always have: Legal guarantees 7. Each one has right to the life, the freedom and the safety of its person ; it can be carried reached with this right only in conformity with the principles of fundamental justice. 8. Each one has right to protection against the abusive excavations, searching or seizures. 9. Each one has right to protection against arbitrary detention or the imprisonment. 10. Considering that I believe that in Quebec: All are held to respect the rights and freedoms of the person. Insofar as the Charter recognizes that all the individuals are equal in value and dignity, all are thus held, in their social reports/ratios, to respect the rights and freedoms of others. Are also held to conform to the Charter: all groups and organizations; all private companies; all services, public or private; all governmental administrations (provincial, municipal, school...); the government of Quebec and its institutions, at all the levels of the hierarchy. In Quebec, nobody nor no organization of provincial competence can in fact of withdrawing itself from the Charter [ article 55 ].

Considering that I believe that: The only organizations which escape from the application from the Charter are, in fact, the institutions of federal competence like, for example, the federal public office, the banks, the companies of telecommunications, the services of air transport, railway or maritime... In these cases, it is the Canadian Law on the rights of the person who applies and it is the Canadian Commission of the rights of the person who can intervene.

For all these reasons: It is strongly recommended that all this history is stigmatized before the Superior Court of Canada Civil Chamber and Court of criminal appeal as soon as possible, in order to reinforce : The Canadian Charter of the rights and freedoms in MY COUNTRY CANADA like reinforcing: The Charter of the rights and freedoms of the person in MA PROVINCE of QUEBEC.

I remember very well to have waited patiently in the waiting room. I remember this day very well not to have neither to lunch, neither to dine, nor supper because of a terrible injustice social. You know the fast and I fasted throughout the day because my feet required to be dealt with by medicine, in spite of the fact that I had all but knowledge in Animal Health. I did not succeed in taking care of my feet because GOD did not allow it. I knew on the other hand that my feet suffered to have gone too much. That made since my left the UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL COMPLEX of SHERBROOKE which I walked several kilometres per day. My feet suffered from feet of athletes severe accompanied by microscopic mushroom. 

Doctor Laurent Boisvert came to my meeting towards 22:15 then brought me in a part closed. The Doctor only knew us, however we were not to it bus GOD was with me, HIS SON JESUS-CHRIST of NAZARETH that which was given birth to of the VIRGIN MARY was with me and the HERITAGE that IT even left us the ESPRIT-SAINT. Doctor Boisvert asked me the following question: "That is this I can make for you?" Rather than to thus ask me watch me your feet. I remember to have answer to him: «I am hungry, which I do not have to lunch, I do not have to dine, and that I do not have either supper because I do not wanted to block the emergency of the Hospital. I explain to him that I addressed myself to five private medical clinics in Montreal in more of the CLSC Saint-Henri for finally leading in front of him.» Doctor Boisvert announces to me that the kitchen is closed. I remind to you that I have all my knowledge in Animal Health and that Doctor Laurent Boisvert is emergency doctor. I do not have to ask him to put to me under aqueous solution because it is emergency doctor and I know that to work as doctor in Quebec it must have finished these studies academic in Health. 

I makes him like answer: It is correct, gives me twelve juices, that can be 12 juices of apple or twelve orange juices. You can even mix them 6 against 6 or 8 against 4. Doctor Boisvert asks that juice be brought to me. He gives me two juice bottles containing of 6 ounces. I simultaneously opened and drank the two bottles at the speed of a thirsty man, dehydrated who did not absorb anything of the day. I ask Doctor Boisvert to bring other juices. It tells me: «Y then has some more!» I answered him then: "there misses ten of them, find in others that presses." I noticed that it was not in a hurry to look after me the feet, trying to make me lose the control of my mood. Doctor Laurent Boisvert arrives to me with two another juice bottles. It thus noticed that it had lied me, after having drunk these two other bottles, I did not have gulp down which 24 ounces of liquid. I ask him for more thus still eight others. The Doctor says to me whereas it does not have any really more. I says to him whereas it is at present 22:30 and that it in this case elected somebody who could go to Mc Donald before the closing of 23:00. I will need to satisfy my hunger of two three Big Mac with a fried kid and a gross root beer.

In front of the incomprehension of Doctor Boisvert and the medical team. I remember to have taken in a pocket of my jacket three small phials to be taken orally of Ginseng and Royal Jelly which I opened and which I drank by holding the three bottles together. Then I gave the bottles empty to Doctor Boisvert while saying to him that it was an imported natural product of China which did not have any side effect, and which one cannot develops either of dependence vis-a-vis with the product. Moreover I points out to him that it will not bring me in a state of hypoglycaemia even a lack of sugar in blood. All this time there Doctor Laurent Boisvert refused to treat me, me which had 8 bandages per foot caused by bulb on bulb on bulb + fongus (mushroom) + foot of athlete (even athletic foot). In front of the bad will of the medical profession of this day of July 18, 1995 and noting that I could not advance any more, I saw that these people did not act according to the WILL of GOD and that they were not with the image of JESUS-CHRIST of NAZARETH. Because I remember: 

«But me, I say to you: Love your enemies, bless those which curse you, make good with those which hate you, and request for those which maltreat you and which persecute you, so that you are wire of your Father who is in the skies; because it makes raise its sun on the malicious ones and the goods, and it makes rain on the right ones and the unjust ones." Matthew 5:44-45 "Whole that you want that the men make for you, do it in the same way for them, because it is the law and the prophets.» Matthew 7:12

It is at this time there that I said to the doctor listens to me Doctor well: "I do not want to be evil, but I have badly with the feet. I remember, it was towards 23:00 that a police officer of the Service of Police force of the Urban Community of Montreal (SPCUM) came to place himself behind me, he was dress of a white shirt thus it was the Commander. Then a police officer by behind the other came to surround me. I was to surround of eight armed police officers, there was of them another in the corridor and there was of other in the street, because that which was in the corridor just as the Commander had Walkie-talkies. All of them carried to the belt and did not speak, on the other hand a voice thus left their Walkie-talkies there was also outside the Hospital complex of Verdun. Those which surrounded me all were placed out of my range and they were all afraid of me. Today, I have the right to know: That is that Doctor Laurent Boisvert said to the police officers at the time of his telephone conversation to see such a reinforcement. The Doctor really twisted the facts for if required being shown inter alias misdeeds public.

I remember, to have told my history throughout my way of cross which has lasted for eight years already. I am surviving test whereas Mr Richard Barnabé did not have the same GRACE as me. His destiny is different from mine bus GOD OUR FATHER had decided thus, I came after him so that its terrible destiny serf to build a Better Country! GOD allowed that Richard Barnabé can live a single history, one learns that it feels depressed during the night of December 14, 1993, it goes asked then of the assistance in a church of the Ahuntsic district, in Montreal. And that Mr Jean-Pierre Lizotte following have a dispute with the gatekeeper of the Saw-tooth Coffee, Steve Deschâtelets, in the night of September 5, 1999, towards 2h30 because Mr Lizotte masturbated in front of customers, according to what was already known as during the lawsuit.
