Bourrassa-Lacombe OBJECT : Complaints towards of the CH Angrignon, of CH St. Mary and of CLSC St-Henri Sir, The present is a continuation of your letter of last July 23 th concerning those establishments mentioned in object. In your letter, you mentioned to have addressed a complaint to those three establishments and to having not had received and answer in spite of the expiration of the delay of 60 days established by the law on the services of health and social services for the examination of the complaints of the users. The verifications have been made by our service on reception of your complaint indicate that those establishments had received in conform copy the correspondence that who had addressed to the Physicians College of Quebec the last April 24 th. It did not belong to those establishments to exam this correspondence and to answer to you. If you believe that the situation that you had endure in each of those establishments asking that each of one exam the way with which they been intervened near to you, it is possible for you to address a complaint to each of those establishment. Those one need to clearly mention the motive of your unsatisfied. You will find below the names and address of the person in charge of the examination of the complaints in each of those establishments.
If you wish to obtain some help or been accompany in the formulation of your complaint, you can communicate with the community organism Action-Autonomie. You will be able after to address your complaint at the Regional State Control of Montreal-Center in those eventuality where: you been in discord with the conclusion that you will have received from the establishment, or the establishment have been making default to transmit to you their conclusions in the 60 days establish by the law; or the establishment having refused to exam your complaint. Those three establishments target by your letter stay however available to offer you the cares and services which perhaps need. We request you, Mister, to accept the expression of our best wishes.
