Since April 1995, I require of those who govern us that a public investigation be instituted in the psychiatric medical world in order to save: human lives. Decree following a legal and imprisoned error of identity in spite of him in the Center Hospital of Sherbrooke University  Hospital (CHUS/CUSE) without ordinance of court during 57 days. It is in this hospital that I was tortured chemically during 31 days with : Lithium 29 400mg, Dalmane 3 900mg, Haldol 282.5mg, Rivotril 43mg, Congentin 29.5mg, Ativan 4.mg, Stelazine 2.5mg, Mellaril ...!?!... For finally being struck violently by an intoxication (even attempt of murder by overdose of legal drugs) on March 13, 1995.

I took a historical step in order to invite the population of this country to denounce the abuses, which can go sometimes until torture, in the field of the mental health. This investigation, if it is deeply well made will enable us to save BILLION DOLLARS in social costs of all kinds.
