Dear governors,
I am carrying a heart filled with love and in this end of the year hinge, I decided to carry a very special prayer to your attention to allow me to pour this love with those which have needs for them.

As you know it, I became carrying a personal dream of collective use because I am altruistic since my birth. I believe that it is possible to do what is necessary to massively allow the Quebecers to receive this hope carrying good news. Earliest will be best, the need is there one could say, it goes from there for the public security!

Last year our Prime Minister and Very Honourable Lucien Bouchard was sincere in his wishes that it transmitted to me by using Mrs Carole Joncas: «We imagined and unceasingly reinvented the end of the century and our input in the third millennium. Responsible for symbols and carrying many dreams, year 2000 arrived. This year hinge will involve us in the heart of new personal and collective projects. I hope sincerely that it be the starting point the beautiful ones and great achievements. Audrey, Alexandre, Simon and me let us offer to you our best wishes for a happy time of the festivals. I remind to you that in 1999, 1 600 Quebecers were committed suicide either 4.37 people per day. This year still (that will remain has to be confirmed) in a municipality of less than 1 000 inhabitants is Woburn in Estrie, there would have been 11 young people who would have given each other death in the last two months. As Quebec wants to be a society of right, it is necessary for you to know that the Public Security of  Sherbrooke Region (SPRS) treated me as a good-for-nothing on November 23 2000 by ridiculing the charters which we have. I am unable to leave me intimidated and to keep the whole under silence. It is of my duty to carry to your attention all this history. I deserve much more respect than that, more especially as they knew that I had deposited an application form to be running in the county of Sherbrooke. They know very well that my name is «Joseph Adrien Serge Bourassa-Lacombe» since July 12, 1996 following a decision of Me Guy Lavigne, director of the marital status. They have as to even annoy me in their procedures by using a name which I have not had any more the right to be useful to me already for 4 years. The mention «Serge Lacombe» does not exist any more in my identity, in more one shows me on paper by presenting to me this request for assistance agent of peace: address unknown and telephones unknown.
