In this day of August 16, 1995, I remember
that the weather was nice and I think that It was at the beginning of afternoon, this
precision being stored in the United States. You, commissioner at the police deontology
you will be able to discover at the time of your investigation this missing precision.
I went there with my mountain bike GT Avalanche, I padlock it on the Ste-Catherine street
between St-Denis and Berri streets. I move in a friendly way towards the department of Law
of the University of Quebec in Montreal (even UQAM), because I know that the professors
who teach the Law in all universities are a lawyer and/or notary. I address to the
receptionist of the department my desire to her to meet a professor to obtain a legal
guidance in order to know what I can make in the cause of the College of Sherbrooke, that
is to say the place where two professors had took the great way to deprive me to go to
Florida as training in animal health technique in the racehorses i.e. means of projecting
me like a species of Marc Lépine in becoming. Me who had never had that in the head, me
who all my life has to help weakest than me instead of destroying them I said that to her
with a calmest ton.
This lady was informed in front of me and says to me that there was no professor present
at the time to which I passed by there. I had come there by bicycle, I thus transported my
bicycle helmet of a hand and my bicycle bag of the other. Moreover, I were dressed like a
professional cyclist. In this time there, I sat at table in a desert cafeteria because the
students did not have to start yet. I sat there to write because I am a writer.
A security guard came towards me, then another, then another arrived. The first asks to me
whether I can identified. Well I make that with the assistance of my driving licence
photographic. Then another came dressed with a white shirt, he was definitively younger
than me and says to me: «Mr Lacombe! You are under an arrest, the MUC police comes from
there added it.» Why did I ask him? He said to me: «You had directed death threats
towards an employee of UQAM.» Who is this? I asked him. He says to me then: «It is the
woman whom you saw at the department of Law.» I say to him with a very calm tone: «This woman lied.» He says to me then: «I must put the shackles to you.» Then, I held
out my hands to him. He says to me to be stuck to the wall, face against the wall, hands
on the head, to pass my right hand behind the back, then the left hand. I was then
handcuffed, the hands in the back for the second time of my life. (the first had been on
February 11, 1995, during this illegal arrest at the police station of Sherbrooke located
to the 400, street Marquette.)
They leads me in a classroom then I wait there during 45 minutes with these new friends.
During this time, I ask for the permission of walk in the class in the presence of these 4
security agents of which is an Asian man of origin. To await a person who does not come
during 45 minutes that appears very long in the brain of human shown of a crime which it
never committed. Why did they refuse to me this need to walk in the classroom? Had the
chief said not, then 2 police officers of the MUC arrive and ask me what there is? I known
as that a woman lied by saying that I had uttered death threats at her place.
I returned to the country with the intention that justice is returned to me, this is why I
take time to do it. How much did this setting in scene cost? In front of me, the police
officers asked whether I had resisted my arrest. The guards answered by the negative one,
then the police officers asked the head of security to release me. Explain to me then, why
the head of security asked me to rather stick my face against the wall to released me the
handcuff instead of doing it in the middle of the room. Moreover, why do the two armed
police officers have to let make this useless precaution?
The police officers lead me outside and realize that I have say the true when they see my
bicycle GT Avalanche. This bicycle enabled me to have a safe life and to be able to write
this story to build rather than to destroy because it is very easy to sin by abuse of
power.
Returned outside, these two police officers say to me that I do not have any more rights
to go at the UQAM propriety. Who thus does thus to protect and why make it? I requested
from the police officers a report of event. They said to me: «They had not time for
that, but you cannot put your feet any more at the UQAM, if you do not want to have
problem.»
All this story was revealed everywhere I went bus GOD knows that I say the truth and if
one wants to put me in box because I am a peaceful man who writes what he has to say to
bring the police closer to the citizen, that will be never my problem. I showed everywhere
that I am a man of peace and medicine as education as well as the police need me.
